Luteal Phase?
Ok, so here is the problem. I have a 30 day cycle, so AF should arrive on the 2nd (M damn regular)..but I ovulated on the 15th, so according to the 14 day luteal phase rule, should be getting a visit frm miss spot on the 29th..hmmm..... does this mean tht i was actually ovulating late in the previous cycles?...

Luteal phase? Im confused! Are these Eastern terms? Pls explain! That way I can understand and be a better friend when you are discussing these. I think our terms are different. Lots of love!
He he he...no its not an easter term..i picked all these terms online 'luteal phase' means "the second half of the menstrual cycle after ovulation; the corpus luteum secretes progesterone which prepares the endometrium for the implantation of an embryo; if fertilization does not occur then menstrual flow begins"
