I thought I should share a couple of my pictures where am dressed Indian!
My wedding...
This was when I was working. Sigh, seems like such a long time ago. We were having an Ethnic Wear day at work, thus the traditional attire. I won the second prize!

I want a sari, but I'd need you to show me how to wear it! Otherwise, I'm going to spend a lot of time on the pavement with it wrapped around my ankles.
And because you must must must internalize the truth of yourself, I cannot believe there is a person on this planet who ever thought to tell you anything other than how beautiful you are.
You look gorgeous in a Sari. I have a few Indians friends and colleagues in Australia who have also shown me photos of themselves in Saris and they look wonderful. Sometimes I hate the way westernisation has changed traditions and customs particularly in countries like India.
Thanks Tracy and Athena! The saree is undoubtedly one of the most elegant pieces of cloth around. They look pretty but really uncomfortable. I much prefer wearing salwar kurta!
Athena, yes westernization is changing how India was. some of it is good, some bad. There is so much to learn from the west, but blind aping is what I am against.
You look beautiful as always, my dear! :)
Hi! I'm stopping by from ICLW! you look amazing in your traditional dress! And your little boy is adorable. I read a couple of posts back and I'm truly sorry about the failed adoption. I hope too that the baby will get adopted soon.
Love, Fran
