That is ridiculous! Australia doesn't do it any better either when it comes to the care of children - Can you now foster her and then move to adoption?
It hurts so bad. Can you route through the orphanage? I know that it would be like pushing elephants with bare hands, but still?

I see a whole troupe of children running out from the shanties close to my apartment. The ones who have a shirt would be missing the underwear, and footwear is absent from the feet, and mostly from the female kid's feet.
And yet, these people procreate on the street, and don't need NICUs and nutrition and vaccinations. Nada!
