MIA


Things havent been great. I just quit my job. My health is shitty. I have always been petitie and gained only 19 pounds during my pregnancy. I lost 4 pounds in the 9th months and lost all my pregnancy weight on Danny's birth. Since then I have lost 6.6 pounds fr0m my pre-oregnancy weight which was 105 pounds. TMI maybe. But I feel damn weak and losing weight cocsistently. Am breastfeeding, so we thought thats the reason. Whatever the reason, I got no energy what so ever. Yet....I LOVE being a mom :) Its all worth it...

Chhandita, I'm so sorry you feel so lousy. You look good. And your baby is absolutely beautiful. How old is he now about 4 months? Yes, being a Mom is the best, isn't it...trust me, you will get your strength back. Do you have anyone who can help you out. Maybe watch him for a few hours just so you can get a nap a few days a week. You need to get some protein in that your body. That should give you energy. Love to you and Baby Dan, Cyndi

Just found you via the "next blog" button... wanted to say that some friends of mine have added good fats into their diets, especially coconut oil, and found it helped with energy while nursing... personally I found it important to have easy to eat snacks, like fruit, cheese sticks, granola bars, or even a cookie and a big glass of milk, so when I did have a minute I could quickly snack without thinking about it too much...
